Procedure for an Al Fresco Banquet:

• Please inform us of your intention to hold the banquet in the villa's garden as soon as possible at svadba@wiegerovavila.sk.
• Consult our wedding designers about your idea for an al fresco banquet and choose one of our shortlisted wedding professionals to bring your vision to life. Since most of them have organized banquets in our garden, they will be able to advise on suitable concepts (such as the type and quantity of furniture, lower arrangements due to wind risk, or flower varieties that withstand direct sunlight etc.).
• Approximately a month before your wedding, specify your preference for a garden banquet when filling out our questionnaire. Collaborate with one of our wedding designers to specify the garden furniture you will need from us and where it should be placed.
• The garden banquet is an additional service with a fee of 600 EUR excluding VAT You will find this fee on the invoice for our services, which will be issued approximately two weeks before your wedding and must be paid before the event. In case of the All-Inclusive package, this fee is already included in the package.
• In the week leading up to your wedding, we will intensively monitor the weather forecasts together with you and your chosen wedding designer. No later than two working days before the wedding (i.e., Thursday morning by 9:00 for a Saturday wedding), we need your confirmation of the selected furniture and its layout in the exterior. Unfortunately, changes in the ordered quantity and layout of the furniture cannot be accommodated after this deadline.
• On the day of the wedding, by 9:00 at the latest, we will await your final decision on whether the table settings will take place inside or outside. If you change your decision later in the day, we cannot move and set up a fully decorated setting with your dream wedding decor because there won't be enough time for that.
• If you decide by 9:00 on the wedding day that the garden banquet will not take place and will be held inside, we will refund the fee for the "banquet in the garden". However, if you change your decision after 9:00, once the setting has at least partially been arranged on the tables outside, this fee will not be refunded.
• In the case of an outdoor banquet, the caterer charges a 200 EUR excluding VAT deposit for increased inventory consumption.

However, based on our many years of experience, we know that a wedding banquet in the garden brings certain risks. Before deciding on an al fresco banquet, please consider the following risks:

• Too hot weather may discomfort guests, especially older individuals and gentlemen in suits.
• Too cold weather may discomfort ladies who come to your wedding in beautiful summer dresses and sandals.
• Lack of shade – while the garden has trees providing pleasant shade for feasting guests, it is beyond our control to position the tables so that every guest is protected from the sun. This situation can be addressed in collaboration with the wedding designer using umbrellas, but they can spoil the overall visual experience.
• Wind – at any time during the day or evening, unexpected winds may arise, knocking down arrangements and lanterns, soiling tablecloths, and blowing dust and leaves onto plates. Wind can also knock down apples and pears onto the table.
• Insects – over the past few years, we haven't had major issues with mosquitoes or wasps, but during certain times of the year, insects can be quite bothersome.
• Sudden weather changes – although we always have indoor seating prepared for this scenario, it consists of furniture with tablecloths, without decoration. If it's necessary to move the banquet during the day or even during the banquet, there won't be enough time to prepare a fully decorated version inside. Therefore, we recommend ordering a double set of prints and tablecloths from your wedding designer for the al fresco banquet.
• Additional furniture and associated costs – while the villa has garden furniture, it's possible that it may not meet your requirements in terms of type and quantity. For this reason, it will be necessary to order additional tables and chairs from external suppliers. Our indoor furniture, with the exception of 10 round tables without tablecloths, cannot be placed outdoors. There are various types of seating, from elegant styles to rustic ones – our wedding designers will be happy to assist you in making the selection.
• Additional expenses – in addition to the mentioned additional garden furniture and tablecloths and a double set of prints (including two agendas, as the furniture layout indoors and outdoors may differ), it's advisable to order white wedding umbrellas from your wedding designer.
